Is screw piling feasible?  What would it cost?
How long would it take? What are the key risks?

Everything starts with a conversation.  Feel free to give us a call, or drop an email.  Typically, the key things that we would need to give you the best advice are:

  1. Geotechnical report – site specific

  2. Drawings or sketches – showing where the piles are relative to the geotech report

  3. Pile loads – compression, tension, total base shear, and any displacement considerations.

If you have some or none of these, we can still help.  Evolving from concept to feasibility to detailed design to construction – this is our business as usual.

With Chartered Professional Engineers working alongside our estimators and our foreman – we consider everything, from start to finish; every individual pile, the site’s specific geotechnical conditions, and how we can maximize the value and opportunities whilst minimising costs, risk and overruns.
