CONSTRUCTION MODEL STEPPING UP!

We've been flat out the last few months, and finally got time to start updating the uniform... The new shirts even appear to be winter proof when 3 layers are worn underneath them!

Our pictured model, Sili, took time to strike a pose with one of our 273mm diameter piles and make sure it was level. The man has been growing his skill-set up and up (and up!), and has gone from being a skilled groundsman / banksman to now being a 2nd operator....

A warm dry seat can be hard to leave in the middle of winter - but Sili is one of the best team members you could ask for. Ever!
